Custom Order Process & Policies

We love creating one of a kind custom pieces, and every custom order starts with communication and care. Once we receive your request, we will create a digital mockup for your review, edits, and always until approval before any physical creation begins.

Please review your mockup carefully. Once a mockup is approved, the creation process has officially started. At that point, changes cannot be made. Any project changes require us to pause or cancel material orders from our vendors, which often comes at a cost to us.

Quotes & Pricing

All custom quotes are valid for 5 days. Pricing, availability, and styles can change quickly or go out of stock. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we can never guarantee availability. Because we create a wide variety of custom items, most materials are ordered as needed rather than in bulk to avoid excess inventory sitting unused.

Payment

Payment is required upfront for all custom orders. This helps ensure we don’t end up with a pickup shelf full of custom items that won’t sell.

Custom designs & projects are subject to a $30 design fee, paid upfront. This covers the time it takes to sit and create. FAR too often we create designs, only for people to ghost. Those are lost hours that we could have either spent on other projects or with our families. Don’t 👻.

Turn Around Time

Turnaround time varies by every single project and depends on the type of order, quantity, and our current workload. We will always ask if you have a date you need your item by.

  • Mockups: generally 5–7 days
  • Full turnaround: generally 10–14 days

⚠️ These timelines vary by project.

If no deadline is provided at the time of ordering, your project will be worked on in between deadline driven orders. If you later come back and request a specific rush date (“jk, I actually need it by this day”), a fee will apply, as this requires stopping and delaying other projects already in progress.


But can you create it faster?
We absolutely can. There is a $30 rush fee for any orders needed within 5 days.
